Elizabeth Kazinskas Appointed to GFA Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee

Gardner, MA – GFA Federal Credit Union announced today that Elizabeth Kazinskas, Director of Human Resources & Marketing of the Gardner Ale House, has been appointed to GFA’s Supervisory Committee.  Elizabeth is also an elected City Councilor for the City of Gardner.

 

The Supervisory Committee oversees the audit function for the credit union.  GFA’s Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee are comprised of individuals who serve voluntarily.

 

As a member of GFA’s Supervisory Committee, Ms. Kazinskas will assist in overseeing that the credit union operates within the regulatory framework in which it is governed monitoring compliance within credit union policies and procedures and offer recommendations to safeguard GFA’s assets and member information.

 

“Elizabeth has a great commitment to the City of Gardner, as an acting City Councilor her best interests are with those who live and work within our community,” said Gerald Bankowski, CPA and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GFA Federal Credit Union.  “Her experience in human resources and business policy will bring additional strength to the Supervisory Committee and we are delighted that she has accepted this responsibility.”
