GFA Recognizes Ashley McDonald as their 2019 Unsung Hero
Ashley McDonald, Operations Manager was presented with the Unsung Hero Award, Saturday, November 16th at GFA’s annual Employee Appreciation event.
When we think of an Unsung Hero, we think about a team member who always gives 110% each and every day. Ashley does just that.
Eighteen months ago Ashley McDonald accepted the position of Operations Manager, taking on the leading role in GFA’s quest to continue delivering ongoing, high-quality member experiences. The CO-OP Shared Branching Network, Instant Issue Debit Cards, Online Account Opening, Mobile Card Services, and her role in the recent merger between GFA and Cheshire County Federal Credit Union are just a few of the GFA initiatives where Ashley’s leadership and organizational skills significantly contributed towards successful implementation.
